If you have previously completed a course/s with BloodSafe eLearning Australia (even if it was a number of years ago), you do not need to register again, you only need to Login. Select the green Login button on the homepage, or in the top right menu bar of any website page, then in the Login pop up type in the Email address you used to register and your Password, and then select the red Login button.
If you have forgotten your password, but your email address is still current and correct, select the ‘Forgotten password?’ text/link to reset your password.
If you have forgotten which email address you used to register previously, you can try logging in. If it doesn’t work, or you know that your email address is no longer current (eg your email address has changed), or it was spelt incorrectly, then you will need to contact the Helpdesk to amend your record. Contact email@example.com and provide as much detail as you can – first name, surname (including maiden name if married since registering), workplace (or previous workplace if changed jobs), email address/es and what issue you are experiencing. Follow up will generally be provided within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
