How do I transfer my course completions to My Health Learning/HETI?

BloodSafe eLearning Australia and My Health Learning are not directly connected, and results are periodically transferred.

In order to ensure that your results are transferred, you must keep your BloodSafe eLearning Australia user profile up to date with your exact details as your employer records. This includes:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Local Health District (LHD) (selected from a drop-down list)
  • Workplace/organisation (selected from a drop-down list)
  • Employee number

This process is managed by My Health Learning, not BloodSafe eLearning Australia. For further information about transfer of results please visit the HETI website or contact the NSW eHealth State Wide Service Desk on 1300 28 55 33 for assistance.
