BloodSafe eLearning Australia is supported by all Australian Governments, the National Blood Authority (NBA), the Australian Red Cross Lifeblood and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Blood Transfusion (ANZSBT).

The current funding period ending 30 June 2023 has been approved by the Jurisdictional Blood Committee (JBC) and provided by the National Blood Authority on behalf of all Australian Governments.

This funding provides support for users and maintenance of existing resources, review of content, development of new content, promotional tools and an evaluation strategy.

In kind support is provided by the Blood, Organ and Tissue Programs of SA Health, Department of Health & Wellbeing for secretariat services, legal advice and contract management.

The Program Management Office is located in South Australia.
