A certificate will be automatically emailed to your registered email address upon successful completion of assessments. If you have not received your certificate you should:
- Check that all assessments have been completed. This can be done by going to the Transcript link which appears at the top right of the page after you have logged into the website.
- Check your junk mail folder.
- Check your email address is correct and edit if required. This can be edited from Profile by selecting the drop down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the page.
- Add our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your address book or spam filter.
- Alternatively you can download and save or print your certificate directly from the website on the Transcript page.
